1. About Giftbloc

Giftbloc is a platform that allows users to create, manage, and share gift lists. Giftbloc may contain affiliate links. When users click these links and make purchases, Giftbloc may earn a commission at no cost to the user.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If using Giftbloc on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Giftbloc may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Giftbloc for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape data without permission, upload harmful content, or create fake accounts for deceptive use (including manipulating affiliate clicks).

5. Content You Provide

You retain all rights to content you add to Giftbloc. By submitting content, you grant Giftbloc a non-exclusive licence to store and display it for the operation of the Service. You must ensure your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

6. Public Lists

Some lists may be made public by the user. Public lists may be indexed, shared, or visible to anyone with the link. Users are responsible for any information they choose to make public.

7. Paid Plans

Giftbloc may offer paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the next billing period.

8. Affiliate Links

Giftbloc may display affiliate links. Giftbloc is not responsible for third-party retailers, product descriptions, availability, shipping, returns, or warranties.

9. Liability

Giftbloc is provided “as is” without warranties. AK Foundry Ltd is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms. Continued use of Giftbloc constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in English courts.
